Returns

Due to the handcrafted and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will gladly address any issues related to defects or damage.

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. To request a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Free from signs of wear or modification


Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item is received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.


Exchanges

Because many products are limited edition or small batch, exchanges cannot always be guaranteed. If inventory is available, we will work with you to replace the item.


Custom & Limited Edition Items

Custom-painted lures, personalized items, and limited-edition color drops are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, defect, or order error.

We recommend using trackable shipping, as Thompson Hill Baits is not responsible for lost return packages.
