Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Because many products are handcrafted and produced in small batches, processing times may vary during new releases, limited drops, or high-volume periods.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Limited Batch & Drop Releases
Orders placed during limited edition releases or color drops may require additional processing time due to high demand and small-batch production.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Thompson Hill Baits is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier. We will gladly assist with filing claims when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
